Design Consultation
For a fee, we can schedule a design session to review your space and give potential options on how to optimize it to your needs.
We can start with a scheduled visit to review your space, determine your needs and wants for the project, and provide a few options on how you may be able to proceed.
Design Feasibility
With a little more effort we can produce drawings with options for your project. These can be used to help you decide on what direction your project may take.
Design sketches are a great way to begin a project, you can see ideas become more real as they progress from a few sketch lines to detailed drawings. At this stage we can produce simple plans to help select what could develop into a project.
Basic Services
We offer our services to realize your project, producing drawings and documents to build your project.
Basic Services are the Architect’s term for the method to provide you with design drawings and specifications to realize a project into construction.
This involves many steps to go from simple plans to a full drawing set. We will explore the plans and ensure it can be constructed, developing the overall design, and developing the details to make it all happen.
It will go through your jurisdiction’s plan review process with the aim to get permit.
The final product can be used to sign-on a General Contractor and begin construction to make your project a reality.
